A Selection Of Recent Jobs 

1) Basically the screenn keeps freezing, once frozen most of the time the mouse will still move, sometimes not. The other day my wife was on skype, screen froze but she was able to continue her conversation? 

2) I wish to know whether or not you would be able to repair the ethernet port on a macbook, as i broke my flatmates by dropping it, causing two of the contacts in the port to be bent out of place, and one to fall out.

3) Hi, I have a macbook pro that had developed a problem with its left fan, it seems to be making a loud grinding sound. I took out the 2 years applecare. How long would it take to repair, as i am at uni and need a very quick turnaround?

4) I have an Apple MacBook with a broken screen could you please tell me how much this would cost to fix and a possible time frame?

5) My daughter is a student  and has a white MacBook which is just under 2 yrs old. On booting she has a clicking sound and ends up with a folder icon with a question mark on the screen. I understand that this could mean that the HDD is terminally ill. Do you perform HDD replacements? If so, how much and how quick for a 250GB HDD? She has restore disks and a Time Machine backup.

6) I unfortunately have a DVD stuck in my Macbook and have tried all the strategies suggested by Apple Online but to no avail. It is a DVD of Pingu (believe it or not) from the Daily Mirror that the kids were watching. If I could have some further support but guess its a technical repair needed. Your assistance will be gratefully received.

7) Hello, My Macbook Pro (mid 2009) 13" looks like it has a failed hard drive. I have ran all diagnostic tests, re installed leopard completely fresh with noting on it and it is still slower than a snail on tranquilizers. I am covered by the applecare protection plan (3 years) so if i required my mac to be fixed by you, would it be covered by this? or would it cost me extra?
